He phoned me to discuss what he wants to get me during my fourth revision of my dissertation introduction! I turned down the offer of a Bvlgari leather pendent which I know I won't wear. I quite like the Hermes night bracelet and also quite like the Michael Kors leather watch from Red Direct although I can't make my mind up between white or tan. I normally love a surprise but I think I need to steer him on this one or I might end up with just a nice leather diary as he gets disillusioned with my deliberations and indecisions over his nice thought! Please help...
Bvlgari 125th anniversary pendent
Michael Kors watch
Hi there-oh dear, all three are very covetable, thats going to be a very hard, but enjoyable decision to make!! Your dress post inspired me to collect my other 50s dress from my mum, check it out when you can!!
ReplyDeleteCan't go wrong with Hermes, darling. Go for that one. Bvlgari is also beautiful, but as with all the jewellery pieces, you may not be able to wear it all the time, whereas you can wear Hermes every day instead or with your watch.
ReplyDeleteNEVER suggest a watch as a gift from your partner. It's considered to be a very bad sign in my country (Russia). They say that if your partner/husband/boyfriend gives you a watch as a gift (or you give one to him) you are going to separate sooner or later. It's like watch begings counting time before the separation. So buy the watch yourself ;) and get Hermes as a prezzie.
Happy anniversary!

Hermes or watch for me!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the success of your marriage -how do I know it's a success? Because already you understand that one's husband should never, never be allowed to choose important gifts for you!
ReplyDeletego for the Hermes and wishing you many more happy years - for my third I got a Mulberry handbag. When you get to 'wood' - that's when the fun really starts! I love your blog - its inspired me to do my own.
ReplyDeleteWishing you many years of happiness! And take all the gifts you can before they stop coming :p
ReplyDeleteHi there-thanks for your comment and yes, I'm trying to be more 'anonymous' if you like, LOL!!
ReplyDeleteOh, go for the Hermes bracelet - gorgeous! Or just to complicate matters, a little Smythson something? xx
ReplyDeleteI would go with Bvlgari. Happy Anniversary to both of you!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
ReplyDeleteI'd check out Beladora.com before I'd pay full retail for Hermes, Bvlgari or any other brand.
Its got to be the Hermes!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteI would pick the Hermes Night Bracelet...I adore it!
Ooooooh, exciting ... a new watch would be nice, or a creamy leather jacket??
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary, darling!

ReplyDeleteHermes!
ReplyDeleteWhat, you don't want leather pants!? Go with the Hermes...
ReplyDeleteHappy 3rd anniversary! What did you decide to get? That Bvlgari pendant is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI love the watches, I'd go for the tan one, totally versatile piece, i wouldn't take it off! Lucky you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI vote Bvlgari :)
ReplyDeleteI think I'd go for the watch but only if you need one. If you don't Hermes is the one to go for.
ReplyDeleteOh and happy anniversary of course!
ReplyDeleteHermes, it's sleek & classic. You lucky thing!! I can't wait to see you show off whatever you eventually pick.
