High Street Pick of the Week

Back to basics. Having road tested this product and compared it to the competition, I'd say this cardigan is a winner. Slightly old school but extremely useful, go for black or pink this season and work it a la Mad Men (yes I know I'm obsessed). There does seem to be a dark grey and a reddy orange version too but not on tinternet.

  1. I also prefer a cardigan to a sweater, I bought and M&S one this summer from their cashmere range "Crimson" but it a was more pink, lovely though and worn a lot xx

  2. I'm actually very in need of some good cardigans to go along with my spaghetti strapped dresses. I felt tired using shawl to cover my shoulders every time I go to church in those dresses and I believe cardigans are the answers. I went shopping for yesterday and the other day, whole day just searching for good cardigans but sadly, I went failed.

I too need them in basic colors, black, gray and pink.our link is added at creative fashion a long time back. thanks :)

  3. I watched episode 1 of Mad Men and loved it. That Betty is a Piece of Work. Henry's mother is Onto Her.

  4. I look awful in pink - trust the nice red one to be unavailable online! Wish they had them in a nice cobalt blue or emerald green, I'm not very good with refined shades.

  6. Why I am the only person in the world who hasn't seen Mad Men? M&S have some lovely knitwear in I had a quick look on my way to get something for tea.

My Prada's came today but they had to be swiftly sent back for a size smaller ;-( I cant belive how generous a fit they were for designer shoes, I am guessing they are very comfy to wear, they certainly felt like lovely soft leather. Ah well hopefully they will be mine sometime next week! The are a thousand times nicer than the photos arent they! Did you see the similar shape pink studded Miu Miu's I tried them on to try and gauge the size I would need, they look nothing on the shelf but on they were incredible, shoe swoon

  7. That's extremely reasonably priced! I'm with the others on wishing for it in some bolder colours but the dark grey sounds like a potential purchase.

  8. I cannot get enough cardigans. It is my #1 favorite sweater. Sweater #2 is definitely a turtleneck.

  9. Last week I finally got together some shopping money and decided it was really time to get some new clothes. I was also armed with your excellent advice on what to look for. Guess what I did? I totally choked and ended up buying a wristwatch?! Now I look like a homeless lady who stole a watch. I hope to do better next time.
