If you want to be a famous blogger...

I'm being required to wait upon Mr MDS hand and foot. He's in pain with a back injury. This injury is a result of frolics with son on bouncy castle. I did two flips and escaped unharmed. So, I've cheerfully pinched this wonderful template (from Sister Wolf) which will help any dedicated fashion blogger to achieve infamous status as a rad person. I fail on all counts but don't let that hold you back.

  6. nor me - have never had the time to figure out it's use. Have a lovely week and don't wait on Mr MDS too much - always good to move about after a back injury once it's safe to do so.

  10. All - Mr MDS is still 'suffering'!

Paddy Razzi - I think we might have wires crossed! I have left full explanation given your above remark. I really don't do bitchy comments but you are a new reader so I'm sure I can forgive you for such thoughts xx

  11. We definitely do not have our wires crossed after your following comment on my blog! I don't know whether pointing out the 'faults' in my photographs gives you some sort of satisfaction, or whether you really are being catty for the sake of it, but either way I find it quite uncalled for. I've only had positivity towards my work up to now, and I can take criticism, which is why at first I joked about it, but pointing out every thing you think is wrong with a photo is not constructive.

For the record, I like the photo just as it is. The duck is not supposed to be in focus. The moles on my models hands are just that - moles. Not tumours. So what's wrong with moles!? I can see that you might favour a more contrived, staged style from your film, but perhaps you could learn from using some more spontaneity?

  12. Oh dear, I hope Mr MDS makes a quick recovery!!
This is so hilarious.... that's what I've to think because I must resign to be a not famous blogger!!!!

Hope your weekend was great, dear.

    xoxo

  13. We were both joking to begin with. Even if you hadn't have been, you are entitled to your opinion. What is more you are entitled to voice your opinion on my blog. That's the whole point of a blog, right?

But then I felt the tone change slightly, it is undeniable. It was just a bit of a surprise for you to go into such depth about what fault you saw with it. I didn't expect it, and it seemed to be in such a patronising fashion. That's what I found offensive - the tone of what you had written, not the fact that you thought there were faults.

At the end of the day, it's just one photo and this seems a lot of un-necessary fuss. This is sily.

I'm over it, you're over it.

    Friends? x

  14. sily? I think I might have gone sily. I can't even spell silly!

  15. Perhaps you should add {in parenthesis} taking oneself too seriously to that list?

but then laughing at arseholes keeps us young hey Kate?
