I was slightly loathed to post on trenches as you know what they look like, have your own preferences etc. Then I spotted these in M&S last week and thought how good they were in cut, price and versatility. I don't think this trench is an everyday piece but it is perfect for weekends away (remember mini breaks!) and exceedingly useful for the city on a wet day. It is made of that material which allows you to fold it up and stuff in a bag and it sort of un-creases itself.
At £35 it falls into bargain! Whilst not wishing to be prescriptive I would opt for the pebble or black as a colour choice with blue and aqua as alternatives if you want colour. The green, hot pink and lime are a bit hideous in my view.
That is a bargain! I actually quite like the pink, wouldn't wear it, but it looks nice in the photo.
ReplyDeleteI looked at this last night, online, when I was searching for something else. It is a great buy and I think perhaps I should have bought this instead of the Kalico one I got, as I prefer something shorter.

ReplyDeleteI rather liked the green version (for my mum rather than me). They may have their critics but Marks and Spencer never fail to deliver good pieces at decent prices.
