Modern day swapshop
If I wasn't being a busy bee next week I'd be popping to Spitalfields to finally make a swishing event. I was particularly motivated by Tor of Fabfrocks after she did well at a recent event (Tor I couldn't find your post so please put a link in comment box if you read this!) And equally motivated by the idea of 'free' or 'swapsies'. I used to love collecting stickers as a child and swapping them.

ReplyDeleteI did this with some girlfriends a while ago and I think its a fantastic idea. Then when we all went out to dinner a while later I complimented a friend on her fabulous outfit and she reminded me it used to be mine (bitch made it look better than I ever did).

Sadly we have a lack of swishing events in Blackpool and I definitely want to arrange an event with my friends and colleagues. If anyone has any tips on how to do this, please let me know.
