A bit cheeky but when I watched this yesterday courtesy of Fashion Pearls of Wisdom I felt it was so worth sharing. It is a wonderful example of a big fashion gun advocating make do style.
Change the width of the movie though, so that she's not tucked over on the right hand side of the screen and we can get rid of the wee pop up advert :-)
That was so funny and refreshing. Such excellent specific and creative ideas about how to make the most of what's available to you. I've read a few magazine articles recently that apparently were about making do, but none were so clever as Dame Westwood. And I'm all for anyone who advocates doing less laundry! (;
A woman after my own heart! I'm another avocate of less washing, we're brainwashed into thinking we have to wash clothes after each wear and it does destroy them. xxx
Oh God! I love her so much. She's so brilliant. I love the image of Viv in the "discoteque" in her towel. I love it. At least she can pop that in the washing machine. I cracked up at her advice to larger ladies to wear their husbands jackets with a belt.
