If you go down to ...

...anywhere that sells old stock then you never know what you might find. Imagine being Lorena of My Everyday Wear and her beyond bargain Lanvin find!

And if you are stupid enough to go down to Primark on Oxford Street on a Friday afternoon as I was you might up screaming. I'm teaching next week and needed new t-shirts of different colours which I always buy in Primark. I hang them to show trainee stylists the impact of colour (this time I will try not to wear black!). At £1.69 or £2.49 they are a complete bargain. However I have never stepped foot in the store after 10am and I have only been there about 3 time in my life.

Seriously I nearly had a panic attack because I couldn't breath. It was packed with people, clothes strewn everywhere and no way to escape. Hideous!

  2. Honestly, never have I seen such a find - I mean, if it doesn't work on her that'll be too bad, but she can sell it on ebay at quite a profit.

  4. I can't bear the smell of the cheap fabric in Primark. I hold my nose and breath and make a grab for the things I need and pay and run out again. Primark in Liverpool - hideous whatever time of day and night.

  9. Primark sounds a little scary... could it be the equivalent to our Conway? :)

  10. Good googly-moogly! That's even better than the $61 Valentino skirt I just scored!

  11. That's INSANE! I got a Maxmara skirt for 1.98 but um, it wasn't originally priced in the four figures. That's the kind of bargain that could stop your heart, there.

  13. Crazy bargain.

I once took a friend into Primark on a busy weekday afternoon and she almost had a panic attack. We had to leave pronto. My mother, on the other hand, thought it was marvellous (though it was pretty early in the day). xx

  14. Thinking about that price reduction actually makes me light headed. Why didnt they just donate it to charity?

As for Penneys (Primark) The prices are great, the queuing generally makes me put it all back and go to The Gap. xx
