Oh the feeling inside is merry

After the birthday bash which ran from Friday to Sunday for the petit garcon (he likes a party or two) the tree was bought and decked. The black and white theme has been a success although I do think I need to buy a few more black baubles to add to the tree.

Although I did put up some colourful items in the kitchen

  1. Those lanterns are so pretty! The tree looks gorgeous and I like the position. There is something very welcoming about opening your front door and seeing a Christmas Tree in all its splendour.

  2. We did our tree yesterday too, doesn't it make winter so much more cheerful. Love the black and white theme, and the fab Chinese lanterns x

  3. Well we bought ours yesterday but I have no idea when we'll be at home and have any spare time to decorate it! Hopefully by the weekend as I don't think I can wait much longer than that.

Your tree looks gorgeous. Love the choice of baubles and decorations. Also, are my eyes deceiving me or do I spy a string of pom poms on there? I might just have them on the brain though. Yours will be in the post this week, promise!

ps - we really do have a spookily similar stairs and landing!
